Full system diagnostic to see what is required to get your Heating and Cooling system back in operational condition. This is used for non operational systems.
This service is for use outside of normal business hours. This will get a technician to come out and diagnosis your non operational Heating and Cooling system outside of our normal Monday to Friday hours. (after 5pm and Weekends)
A System Condition check is utilized for those who would rather not have an annual service plan for their system but would still like to have its performance checked. We will come out and do a thorough inspection on your systems mechanical operation as well as system cleanliness, refrigeration performance, Heating and cooling capabilities (based on season), system physical condition, flush drain lines, and discuss any potential weak points that your system may have.
The annual Maintenance agreement guarantees staying on top of the condition of your Heating and cooling system year around. This provides the same system inspection provided in the system condition check but gives you the peace of mind of automatic scheduling so your system stays in peak condition year around. The Agreement includes a thorough full performance inspection twice a year, 10% discount on parts and repairs, discounts for additional system agreements within your home, and a condenser coil cleaning on your cooling visit. The first system is $300 annually and each additional system is $225 annually This can also be compensated in 6 month intervals.
